HomeWatch Standard:

• Exterior Only
• HW Standard Includes: Visually inspect house exterior, check doors/windows/and general property for damage or vandalism, inspect lawn for proper maintenance/care, exterior light issues, remove any unwanted fliers/newspapers/mail, check pool/spa for proper maintenance/care.

HomeWatch StandardPlus:

• Exterior plus Boat and Dock inspection
• HW Standard Plus includes the Exterior inspection (listed above) as well as dock/boat inspection. Dock/Boat inspection to: verify all assets are present and accounted for and not damaged. Verify dock is properly fastened to shore, boat/PWC is aboard the floating cradle properly and not in danger of damage from wake. Additional items of interest can also be inspected upon customers request.

HomeWatch Premier:

• Exterior/Interior home plus boat and Dock inspections
• HW Premier offers our highest level of service which includes twice a month exterior inspections (listed above) and Dock/Boat inspection (listed above) as well as Interior inspection. An interior walk through to: check for vandalism, theft or forced entry, signs of insects or pests, water leaks from interior sources, check thermostat setting, flush toilets, test Fire Detectors, adjust interior lighting (per owners request), run water through all faucets (unless otherwise requested), water plants, check for condition and cleanliness after guest visits. Lastly, automatic Post-Storm Inspections with notification of the home owner that property is safe and sound.
