Beyond lawn care

Hartwell Lake properties are commonly a vacation home for many. With that in mind, many of our customers over the years have selected Hartwell HomeWatch for their lawn care needs because of our total property care services. We have been able to serve our lawn care customers beyond the typical lawn care company based on the fact that we are in the practice of observing all aspects of a property to verify the well being of the whole property. Some of our customers do subscribe to our HomeWatch programs that serve specific features of their property. Dock and in home inspections, we are looking for theft, roof leaks, dead or leaning trees, dock fastened well to shoreline, water craft tied off properly, Lake levels with dock moving as required. We are very flexible in how we serve our customers.
